“But today well lived makes every yesterday a memory of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore to this day.” – Sanskrit Prayer

A Day Well Lived is a philosophy.

A DAY WELL LIVED is designed to celebrate humanity and support my mission to positively impact every being I come into contact with, be it a human, dog, tree, or the wind.

A DAY WELL LIVED was started as a way to teach a six-year old about gratitude, grew into a conversation about mental health, healing, and all the things we experience, and has settled in a flow of awareness.

It’s been said that we should “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Well, that’s what this is all about. This isn’t about one person. It’s about all of us.

It’s a desire to help people.
A desire to truly inspire.
And take action.

The secret sauce to this entire #ADayWellLived experiment, however, is the understanding that “a day well lived” doesn’t mean the day is perfect and filled with amazing experiences. Instead, it’s a day where we simply do our best.

We’ll still make mistakes.
We’ll still react in ways we wish we hadn’t.

But, as one person Tweeted, “#ADayWellLived is all about being present, good or bad. I was present today.”

Exactly. A portion of all proceeds are donated to Mental Health causes (awareness and treatment). Find more here.
